The Radiant Crew is a group of women chosen to be the heartbeat behind The Radiant Women Conference 2026. Selected not for credentials or perfection, but for an intense desire to shine, and a genuine willingness to pour that light into making this conference unforgettable for the women who attend.
If you've felt that pull, the one that says "I want to be part of the team behind this, not just attending it," that's the qualification. That's what we're looking for.
You could be the reason a stranger finds the venue without panicking. The reason she smiles back the second she walks through the door. Or the reason a woman watching from another country feels seen, because you replied to her comments so warmly within seconds.

The Radiant Crew shows up in two places. Choose the one that feels like you, or let us know if both do.
